This project was a smart city master plan for Medini, evaluating the universe of opportunities before recommending specific services appropriate to the project's particular context and issues as well as strategies to implement them. The process involved:

• Identification and evaluation of 80+ potential smart city solutions, derived from benchmarking of other smart city initiatives around the world;

• Further assessment of 10 of those determined to offer the best near-term prospects;

• Development of 5 of those for near-term implementation as pilot projects; 

• Evaluation of high-level financial feasibility; and

• Development of a Summary Report explaining the overall smart city master plan and implementation strategies over time.
