Financial modeling and feasibility analysis for a mixed-use development consisting of a mid-size outdoor amphitheater for live entertainment, 10 food and beverage establishments, event space, 2 office buildings, a hotel, and structured parking garages.

Planning and Design was by others (Studio Steinbomer). Brian Jennett/Data-Driven Plan's role limited to proforma feasibility analysis. For confidentiality reasons, that work cannot be shown.

The project is now under construction with completion/opening slated for 2024.
