Economic study related to a broader master planning, environmental planning and infrastructure study for an integrated leisure, sports, education, residential, and entertainment project in Subic Bay, Philippines. Program includes two championship golf courses, residential (including senior living), a commercial town center, several hotels, a sports complex, and medical facilities. 

Brian Jennett participated in the financial feasibility portions of the study while employed at AECOM as a Senior Economist. Planning and design was provided by colleagues.
