This project involved market analysis and financial feasibility of a large scale (70 ha) planning area (previously a golf course) just outside of downtown Kuala Lumpur for YTL Land. A prior master plan proposed 3 mil sqm of development around several transit lines and a park; a few buildings were already built. The goal was to confirm the appropriate scale and type of development and make recommendations for adjusting the existing master plan by others.
