Projects

lampung selatan Resort   | sumatra, indonesia

This project involved an economic Study for a 3000+ hectare resort area and associated support areas in Sumatra, Indonesia. Scope included conceptual demand modeling of international tourism demand and spending; determination of size/characteristics of potential market, and associated impact on the amount and type of hotel, residential, retail, recreation, and convention/ exhibition space. Positioning and marketing strategies were created.

Detailed financial feasibility analysis of early phases of the plan was conducted through proforma discounted cash flows and summary metrics of return and value (IRR, NPV, etc).

Work was conducted in parallel with a physical planning effort by others. Brian Jennett led the real estate economics effort.
