This project was an Economic and Planning Study for a suburban new town in area of rolling hills outside Jakarta, with a agricultural tourism component. Size: 500+ ha. Scope included Real Estate Market Analysis, Land Use Programming, and Financial Feasibility for a large-scale mixed-use development and tourism destination outside of Jakarta.
