This project involved urban planning and economic development strategy for transit-oriented development in a small commuter rail town with a historic core.

Scope included public engagement, real estate market analysis, projections of growth, demand modeling, development programming, proforma feasibility, preliminary planning concepts, and implementation measures including identification of priority projects.

Role: Brian Jennett conducted most of this effort, including both the planning and the real estate analysis, while a Senior Planning and Real Estate Consultant at Stantec.
